Project with conversational agents for the challenge Protection of isolated & risk groups

Hello virus fighters! I am an IT engineer in AI with an MBA, looking for a team&project including CONVERSATIONAL AGENTS, chatbot or robot, for e.g. about the challenge Protection of isolated & risk groups / Apps for the public to inform themselves about the Covid situation and to report symptoms".
E.g. with robot https://youtu.be/yNjFlFYMS4A (20 sec video) but chatbots look more promising here than robots (?)
